Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original condition.
* The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
* Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives:

* Damaged
* Defective
* Missing parts
* Incorrect

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@shedsaheadlimited.shop with:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photographs showing the damage or problem

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, Sheds Ahead Limited will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Please do not return any products without contacting us first.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns process after receiving the goods.

For custom-made or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If you require a different size or model, please contact our customer support team to discuss the available options.
